Our audit team is well prepared and our independent auditors are experienced professionals who perform the audit in accordance to ISA and to ensure that financial statements are prepared according the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs) and Iraqi Unified Accounting System. Moreover, they provide the clients with management reports and analysis of the performance.

Internal Audit Service:

We can provide internal audit service for companies and organisations, as outsourcing service, to help them in building good internal audit practices and provide the management with value-added audit report. We use Risk Based Internal Audit Approach, which integrates the financial audit into risk management.



As well, Internal Audit Service includes analyzing the internal control system implemented by client and the accounting policies and recommending the best practice and improvements to the internal control system to ensure that company’s assets are well protected and the procedures are performed according to company’s policies and internal control procedures. On the other hand, these procedures will ensure preventing fraud and misstatements in financial statements.
